This website is maintained by the staff of the Hanover Wind Symphony for the primary purpose of providing information about the wind symphony’s performance schedule, and to allow visitors to make donations via secure transactions across the Internet.
Information Collection and Use
Any and all information collected by this site is the sole property of the Hanover Wind Symphony. This information will not be sold or disclosed to any other party except as noted herein.
We may use your personal information to contact you directly about future events and how you can support the wind symphony through donations. However, you will always be provided with the opportunity to opt out of future communications.

Information Gathered Automatically
The web servers hosting our site collect some information about visitors to our site automatically. This information is compiled anonymously in server statistics logs to help us identify how visitors are using our site and how we may improve our service.

1. Address
By providing your email you allow us to contact you in a more efficient, cost effective and green way.
When you provide us your email address, your address is added to our email database. You will begin receiving information on concerts and events including schedule changes and other information related to your concert experience.
If you do not wish to receive these email communications you may choose to opt-out at any time. Simply click the unsubscribe link located at the end of each email or call the Hanover Wind Symphony at 973-ANDANTE (263-2683).
Please note that if you opt out of receiving promotional emails from us, we may still communicate with you for other purposes.
2. Demographic and Financial Information
When making a donation online from the Hanover Wind Symphony website, we will require you to fill out an online pledge form which may include information such as name, address, email address, and PayPal account. This information is used to process your transaction. If the HWS staff has a problem processing payment, this information may also be used to contact you.
All demographic information (name, mailing address, email address, etc.) relating to donations entered and stored in our database. Financial information (PayPal account) is used for processing the transaction only, and is not stored in our system for future transactions.
Changes to this policy
Our privacy policy may change at any time, so you may wish to check it each time you visit our website. Any changes will apply from the time that they are posted to this page. If we make any significant changes in the way we treat your personal information we will make this clear on our website or by contacting you directly.
